Andy founded Pebble Reward Consulting in 2022.

Andy brings over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience in Australia and the UK. He has successfully designed and implemented performance and reward solutions and held Head of Performance & Reward roles in large ASX-listed companies across a range of sectors, including resources, financial services, and technology.

As a leader in the performance and reward field, he is highly skilled in all aspects of remuneration and benefits strategy design and implementation, board and executive compensation and governance, short-term and long-term incentive plan design (including equity compensation), performance management, and external reporting.

In addition to his technical expertise, Andy possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling him to effectively liaise with boards, executives, and other key personnel.

He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, having been involved in multiple material transactions.
